'I feel that we worked together very well indeed. You were very patient and understanding with the whole process from design to last minute changes and tweaks. Nothing was too much trouble.

The end product is a robust user friendly performance development review system that allows both individual and line manager to have a focussed conversation on their objectives for the following year, discuss how this is to be achieved, discuss career aspirations and most importantly each individual to have a focussed development plan to help drive business objectives. The outputs (analysis) of the reviews can be collated to see performance ratings, succession planning ratings and generic insight into objectives, career aspirations and training needs.

What I particularly liked was the fact that you were always thinking one step ahead and in the end we have a system that is self managing for many reviews to come.

‘I have bought in the I.T. training services of Optimise Consultancy for the last 5 years.

Our initial training was on a brand new system that was being implemented. Although Nick new more than us about it, he worked closely with the team charged with the ensuring it all ran smoothly.

As the training rolled out, there were changes required and we found Nick most helpful.

Since then, he runs the Word, Excel and Outlook training for me and I have always had good reports on his tutoring.
