Staff are still on site which means that if they want to discuss with the tutor specific problems they have encountered, they can often access  the required files.

Optimise can look at the specific needs of your organisation and develop training to meet those needs.

Optimise training doesn't start on page 1 and finish on the last page. We're flexible, and will modify the training to suit the group or individual.

"Course duration can be flexible"

Many courses are just one or two days in duration, but any course can be changed to suit your needs. Perhaps you can only receive training on a Friday, but need a two day course. No problem, the course can be split. Or perhaps you feel that you would benefit from two half days instead of one full day. No problem. Or perhaps you feel that you would rather spend two days looking at a subject instead of one, but use lots more examples, so you 'really know it'. No problem.
