Description of our Service

We are a provider of computer training. The training is delivered to groups usually of between 1 and 10, although sometimes with the agreement of the client and trainer larger groups can be catered for.

Training is usually delivered on the customer's site, but alternative venues can be arranged at an additional cost.

Fees

Training fees are charged at a daily rate based on the number of delegates on a course. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, rates are specified on the course outline but are broken to the following structure:-

• 1 Delegate Up to 4 delegates
• Each delegate above 4
• Training Materials

Fees usually include the cost of all Optimise training material and work disks etc unless otherwise stated.

Additional third party course material requested by client will be charged at cost.

Expenses

Accommodation and reasonable subsistence for Optimise Consultancy Ltd personnel will be charged at cost.

Travelling by road for Optimise Consultancy Ltd personnel will be charged on a mileage basis from Optimise Offices to venue and return. Train and air fares where appropriate will be charged at cost.

All fees and other charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Cancellations

• Cancellation by the client will incur the following penalties:-

• Less than 5 working days Full Charge

• Less than 10 working days Full Charge, but you will be given the opportunity to re-book this course at a later date to be charged at ½ day rate

• Less than 15 working days 30% of Full Charge

• More than 15 working days No Charge

Privacy Statement

Your right to privacy is important. The information you provide to us will be kept confidential and will be used to support your customer relationship only. It is not our intention to give or sell this information to any outside company for any use.

Limitation of Liability

Every effort has been made to ensure complete and accurate information concerning the materials presented in tutorials. Companies, names and data used in examples are fictitious unless otherwise noted.

In no event shall Optimise Consultancy Ltd be liable for any indirect punitive, special or incidental damage (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage) however it arises.

Customers have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the tutorials or website and will not make a claim against Optimise Consultancy Ltd for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate instruction, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of the tutorials.

General

Optimise Consultancy Ltd may make improvements and/or changes in the tutorials, training content or website at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed as required from time to time by Optimise Consultancy Ltd without prior notice by updating this web page.
